I've forgotten my username/password. How can I retrieve it?

A: While registration is not required to view or search forums, you must register and log in to participate in active discussions.

A: Read-Only forums are used by Administrators to provide announcements, news, and other items of interest. Only Administrators are allowed to post in these forums.

A: Moderated forums are specifically intended as a one-on-one dialog between members and our Forum Moderators. While anyone is allowed to post questions to moderated forums, only the original posters and members of our staff are able to reply, ensuring timely and accurate responses by authorities.

A: When enabled, 'Remember login information' will store the specified login information on your computer in the form of a cookie. This will prevent you from having to enter your username and password every time you visit the discussion board (unless you manually click the 'Logout' link, which deletes the cookie.)

A: On occasion, content that is inappropriate, out of place, or otherwise unnecessary may be deleted from the forums. Administrators may also choose to relocate threads to other forums more appropriate for the subject matter. Sign2me.com/Northlight Communications LLC reserves the right to remove content from these discussion boards at any time without prior notice.

A: To retrieve a lost or forgotten username/password, simply enter your e-mail address into our Password Recovery Form. If a record with this e-mail address exists, correct login information will automatically be e-mailed to you.
